Individual Sessions


Each athlete that becomes a part of our Balconi Team will be treated like a pro, with the same expectations of acting like a “pro”. Family, Passion and Confidence is the CORE of our Balconi Program and we make sure every one of our athletes represent our three CORE components. In addition to the Balconi Top Training CORE componets we include all Balconi tools in a specifically built package for each and every athlete.

The professional Balconi Top Training staff will create each package for each athlete and implement these tools below:

  • Training (Speed & Agility, Strength, Plyo’s and Endurance)
  • Specific Skill Training (Soccer)
  • Sports Nutrition
  • Injury Prevention
  • College Recruiting
  • Sports Yoga, Core Stability & Flexibility

Partner & Small Group Sessions: This is offered but we do not organize this. An athlete must be responsible for brining in their own partner or organizing their own group. We advise our athletes to always pick teammates that bring the best out of them and challenge them to be at their best on and off the field.
