Ok, grab a scale and lay it on a flat surface. Get in your push up stance and put both hands on the scale. This should give you the weight you are pushing up. Divide the number on the scale by your body weight, and this will give you an estimate percentage of how much weight you are actually lifting.
Estimate body weight percentage pushed during these pushups:
Regular push up: 70-80%
Decline push up: 80-100%
Handstand push up: 100%
Looks like any one of these push ups will provide a rock hard body. So get pushing!
