It’s time to get out of your normal routine and we are going to help you. First, try training in different environments, not only will you challenge new muscle groups but it will help clear your mind! Second, change up the type of workout you have been doing. Example; If you train in the gym everyday, go outside and perform a park bench circuit. If you run everyday, give your legs a break from all the pounding and jump into the pool and start performing some laps. Do the opposite of your normal routine and I bet you you will feel revived and rejuvenated! Go have fun!!
