Upper Body Balconi Bodyweight challenge

Here’s a fun four minute Balcooni body weight strength challenge.  You can do this on your own or you can compete against another.  Keep record of your reps and try to beat your repetitions each time you feel up to this awesome body weight strength challenge.  Not only will this increase your overall core strength, but it will also increase your muscle endurance.

Balconi Body Weight Challenge instructions:

1 min pull ups-Once you have maxed out, jump up and do negatives

1 min push ups- Once you have maxed out, drop to knees, shake your arms out and go!

1 min dips-  Same instructions apply to pull ups

1 min V-ups hanging from bar or on ground-  Same instructions apply as push ups.

Have fun and keep track of your reps!
