Running out the door and need to eat a power snack!!

Balconi Powersnacks!

1. BanaNutanWich-  Grab two pieces of wheat bread or waffles-Spread Peanut butter-Grab a banana and combine

2. YoGronolAlmonds–  Grab a yogurt-Handful of granola-Handful of Almonds and combine

3. Simple combo:  Can’t think of a cool name on this one–  Protein Bar and Fruit

4. ProApple- Protein shake- Grab an apple
