Many of our athletes are now training year round and we are constantly playing the role of keeping each one of them healthy.  One main injury or symptom that we are constantly helping our athletes deter is the over pounding issue.  Day after day our kids are pounding their bodies, so it is essential that when thier is time to avoid such pounding, we take full advantage of it.   So, if you are at home and you feel you have to do some cardio, here are some non pounding options that your body will thank you for, trust me…..
