Week one: Workout challenge at Balconi Top Training

Balconi has launched Balconi Workout challenges for anyone and everyone this Spring.  Needless to say, the drive of our athletes and the competitiveness are not the “norm”, so the results of the first challenge have been impressive!  That being said, the fastest time so far of the first workout challenge is 4 minutes and 12 seconds by Lindsey Noteboom.  Other times that have been recorded by all ages and levels, yes from 17 years old to 60 years old…4:19, 4:36 and 5:34, 7:30 and 12:00 min.   Where do you fall in?  The Balconi workout challenge is as listed below.  To watch an example of the Balconi challenge, here’s the link:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gw36-9VOm64

Balconi Challenge 1:  Go through this Balconi circuit 3 complete times, no breaks, as fast as you can!

50 High knees, 40 Bycicle crunches, 30 Chair-Bench tricep dips, 20 Squat-punch-punch, 10 push ups
