Renee is a sport scientist for elite and professional players seeking to take their game to their next level. Today’s elite athletes require a multitude of training methods: mentally, emotionally and physically (strength & endurance, core functional, speed & agility, skill/position specific, injury prevention, nutritional guidance, yoga) and Renee is well versed to train the complete athlete in all of these areas.

In 2009, Renee founded and built Balconi Top Training, an elite pro performance center that was headquartered in her 9,000 square foot facility in Cincinnati, OH, that trained more than 500 athletes annually. She trained the top athletes around the Midwest region. Developing her core philosophy for Balconi collaborated a mix of speed, skill and strength training. She has recently sold her business and moved to Denver, Colorado where she resides with her wife, Lindsey, and son, DiMaggio.

Reneé is also known as a “fitness expert” with nationwide magazines and websites, where she provides fitness and nutritional tips. She also provides motivational speaking for professional organizations, colleges, high schools, club youth programs and individuals.
